Karen grew up in a waterski club just outside of the Raleigh, NC area. Competing alongside friends and taking too-many-to-count family trips to chase ski tournaments fostered her love of waterskiing. She always dreamed of making it as a pro skier, especially after enjoying a decorative junior career and following ESPN’s weekly coverage of pro skiing on “Hot Summer Nights”. Her next step was qualifying for the MasterCraft Pro WaterSki Tour where she competed across the globe and later met future husband and MasterCraft Pro Athlete, Freddy Krueger. The skiing duo decided to pursue athlete industry careers and moved to Orlando to be closer to the action.
Now, many years later, Karen has established herself as one of the world's best female skiers, including US Masters and US Open wins, a Pan Am Gold Medal, a World Silver Medal and several World Cup titles. All of this while managing to instill a love of being up on the water into her two young boys, Ridge and Dash. She continues to enjoy pushing the limits of skiing, both on and off the water through staying competitive in the professional realm and helping develop products and strategies within the industry. Karen also enjoys the occasional beach trip, basketball game, or movie night while leaving the skis behind.

Stephen grew up spending his summers at his family’s lake cabin in Alberta. Waterskiing was no more than just another activity to do behind the boat each weekend. As Stephen got older his skiing started to progress much quicker. After a couple clinics from some pro tour skiers, he was convinced to enter a regional tournament to try and qualify for the Canadian Nationals. Later that summer he won a Canadian National Title and skiing became more of a priority.
Not long after his first tournament experience, he began competing against top skiers at pro tour events around the world. The original goal of trying to make the cut for the finals has now transformed into battling for the top of the podium. Run offs for spots on the podium at the US Masters and trying to tame the Yarra River at the Moomba Masters are highlights that keep Stephen striving for more success on the water

Meagan has been professionally wakeboarding for about eight years. She has really enjoyed the last two years being a part of the MasterCraft family! She is always striving to improve her craft not only on the water, but off the water as well. For example, she loves to give back to the watersports community, as well as help grow the sport for women. Some of her achievements include winning Wakeboarding Magazine's Female Rider of the Year for the 6th year in a row. She is also a 6 time Master's Champion, a 5 time World Champion, and a 4 time National Champion. When she is not wakeboarding, she loves to spend quality time with friends and family. She also loves to cook, travel, spend time outside, and enjoy other watersports activities like wakesurfing and foiling

Freddy grew up in Decatur, IL the youngest of three children in a family of tournament water skiers. Growing up and competing on a regional and national scale, Freddy was rarely the best skier in his division due to being extremely small for his age. That lack of size and strength would lay the groundwork for extreme determination and focus to find a “better” way to fly and not just rely on strength. At the age of 20, Freddy began his professional career starting the 1995 season at 5’7” tall and 120 pounds competing against the giants of the sport that he had looked up to all his life. Taking that determination and intense focus to the water, Freddy won two MasterCraft Pro Tour Events in his rookie season, serving notice that he was a force to be reckoned with.
Over the next 26 years Freddy accumulated more than 130 professional wins, 8 world records, 5 world titles, and a ski fly world record of 312 feet, arguably making him the winningest men’s jumper in history. When he’s not hitting the jump ramp, he loves to help develop new products for the industry and spend time with his wife, Karen Truelove, and their two boys, Dash and Ridge.

Rusty grew up in Humboldt, Saskatchewan Canada and made his way down to Florida in 2003 at 19 years old to pursue a dream of becoming a professional wakeboarder. In 2005, he had his breakthrough year, and first professional win in Reno, NV on the Pro Wakeboard Tour. From there, Rusty won about every title there is, including World Champion, National Champion, Masters Champion, to name a few, and achieved many accolades along the way, such as the first to land a 1080 in a professional contest, earning the Gold Medal at the Pan-Am Games representing Canada, and being honored with the title of Two-Time Wakeboarder of the Year. Off the water, Rusty enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, Marek and Kruz. As a family, they enjoy spending time on the water behind their MasterCraft XStar and making memories doing the sport that has given Rusty the opportunity to travel the world and fulfill his dream.

Freddie was born into a water skiing family in London, England, spending every weekend at the lake. Before too long he realized that this was what he wanted to do in life; the only issue was getting good enough for that to be possible. Following a youth spent intensely training and competing, Freddie moved to the US at age 23 to pursue his dream, a month after winning his first World Championship medal. Since then, Freddie has won a World Championship and the US Masters amongst others ranked World #1 on a few occasions and joined the Mastercraft family. The dream is still on.

Awesome, humble and did we mention awesome? Steel is always pushing the limits of what’s possible on the water. The first wakeboarder to land the toeside backside 900, heelside backside 1080 and double mute half cab mobe, Steel is constantly revolutionizing the sport. When he’s not having fun on the water, he’s spending time with his family and practicing his faith.
