On top of being a five-time World Record holder, Joel has a long list of accolades including 12 Pro Wins, Masters Jump Champion, and Overall World Tour Champion. While his accomplishments speak for themselves, it’s Joel's flair, progressive style and dynamic showmanship on the water that set him apart. He skis to the beat of his own drum, and even in the heat of competition, his mission is to have fun while on the water. Joel's passion for watersports started with wakeboarding. At age nine, his parents convinced him to give slalom skiing a try, and the rest is history. The thrill of a slalom course was enough to get him hooked. A few years later he met professional ski jumper and now fellow MasterCraft athlete, Freddy Krueger, who ignited his fire even further, setting him on a path to become the highly decorated skier he is today.
