Ali Garcia

About Ali

Ali learned how to ski at 5 years old, but really learned to love the sport around age 13. Her parents met through the ski community at the same lake they taught her and her brother, Taylor, to ski at. Ali is currently a senior studying political science at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and is a proud member of the Ragin' Cajun Water Ski Team. When she's not competing in slalom, Ali loves to wakesurf in her free time. In just the past years, Ali was named 2022 America’s Cup Champion and 2022 Collegiate National’s Slalom Champion, qualified for the 2022 Masters, and finished fifth on the Waterski Pro Tour while placing second at 2023 Collegiate Nationals.
