Erica Clark-Heinrich - Boating Mag interview

MasterCraft Director of Engineering Erica Clark-Heinrich recently sat down with Boating Magazine to discuss her role with the company and how her love of boating made her who she is today.

To celebrate International Women's Day, Erica offers her advice for success. She says her biggest piece of advice for women in the workplace is to 'not be afraid to go after what you want. Go after what you want, don’t sit back and wait for things to happen to you. If an opportunity comes up, seize the day. Go after it.'

With over 25 years of engineering experience, Erica has worked in design, manufacturing, and quality. That experience and her love of boats led her to MasterCraft in 2020. Erica now leads a team of 30 who are responsible for new product development, whether it's a brand-new boat model or feature being added to an existing model.
