We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for managing daily cash operations, supporting liquidity planning, and optimizing banking relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
This position’s primary focus is to provide manufacturing engineering support. Design, justify, and implement projects to improve safety, quality, and efficiency beyond the scope of general floor support and safety duties. These projects typically involve capital requests. Examples of project work include, but are not limited to safety improvements, Quality Improvements, Facility improvements, and process improvements. Work is performed under general supervision where guidelines are prescribed but independent action is required.
The Design Engineering Intern will play an active role in developing and refining new MasterCraft products and systems. This hands-on position blends creative thinking with practical engineering, offering exposure to the full product development cycle—from concept and 3D modeling to prototype validation and production support. Interns will work alongside experienced design engineers to understand how design intent, manufacturability, and customer experience come together to create a high-performance boat.
As a Human Resource Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
The Sales Admin/Coordinator provides support in various sales functions and performs other tasks and duties as required to assist others in the department. Responsibilities include assisting dealers with production questions, processing invoices and payments, managing retail incentives and discounts, consolidating dealer metrics, and supporting Business Development Managers.
As a Sourcing Leader, you will manage categories such as laminates and plastics, electrical and electronics, or metal fabrications, aluminum and engines, focusing on supply base optimization, supplier selection, cost savings initiatives, make versus buy projects, and multi-sourcing strategies. Creativity, initiative, and broad latitude are expected in this role.
