Model Year 2027 is here, bringing smarter technology, thoughtful new features, fresh colors, and updates across the MasterCraft lineup—all designed to make your time on the water even better.
From technology that automatically responds to the way you drive to smarter storage, more shade, and new ways to customize your boat, this year’s updates are focused on the things you’ll actually notice every time you head out.
Here’s what’s new for 2027.
Smarter From the Start
Getting on plane just got easier. New Progressive AutoLaunch automatically adjusts tab position as the boat accelerates, helping maintain optimal pitch for a smoother launch and a clear view from the helm. In tow mode, it even senses the load and adjusts automatically.
At the helm, new software enhancements include a reverse camera overlay, forward-neutral-reverse indicator, and enhanced rudder position display, giving you more information when and where you need it.
And for the first time, an available stern thruster comes to the NXT family, adding more control around docks, lifts, ramps, and tight spaces.
Sound That Moves With You
Whether you’re cruising across the lake or sending another surf set, your audio should match the moment.
For 2027, MasterCraft SoundStage, developed with Meridian Audio, introduces new audio automations that respond to speed and throttle. Mode-based zone control also automatically shifts sound based on what you’re doing. Tow and surf modes send more audio toward the rider, while drive mode brings it back into the cockpit.
Less adjusting. More listening.
More Room for the Good Stuff
A day on the water comes with a lot of gear, so we gave more of it a dedicated home.
Intentional outboard storage is now standard across the lineup, while X and XStar models add dedicated fender storage. An available integrated inflator pump makes getting floats and other gear ready easier, and an updated standard cooler keeps the essentials close.
There’s even an available dog bowl drop-in on XT models for the four-legged members of the crew.
More Shade, Right Where You Want It
The Z9 and Z100 now offer an available rear sunshade designed to stay deployed while surfing and running at speed, giving your crew more coverage throughout the day.
The refined design also adds headroom over the transom, so moving through the back of the boat feels more natural.
For 2027, the new Z9 Heritage Bimini also brings integrated foil storage and comes standard on X and XStar models.
NXT Gets a Fresh Look
The NXT family gets refreshed features for 2027, with more ways to make it your own inside and out.
Expanded Z6 tower and gelcoat color palettes join new designator, windshield, and SeaDek options. Inside, RGB cupholders and 11 controllable lighting zones let you set the mood after dark, while an updated dash with signature accent lighting gives the helm a fresh new look.
Improved under-observer storage adds more everyday functionality, and NXT22 and larger models now feature a hinged, shock-supported cooler for easier access throughout the day.
