ETHANOL FUELS

When you fuel your MasterCraft boat having an ILMOR engine, please be certain that you do not use a fuel blend that exceeds 10% ethanol, or which contains any methanol. Doing so could damage your engine and void your engine warranty.

Previously, per Environmental Protection Agency regulations, E15 fuel blends were not available from June 1 through September 15 each year. However, on May 31, 2019, the current administration lifted that regulation and E15 fuel blends will now be available year-round. As a result, E15 fuel blends that were previously unavailable during peak boating season will now remain available. MasterCraft cautions all of its owners to be aware of this change and to make sure that they do not inadvertently fuel their boat with any fuel blend containing in excess of 10% ethanol or any methanol.
