Fusion Radio bass stuck on HIGH - 2014 X10

Anyone out there have issues with the Fusion radio/Amp stuck on high? The boat is relatively new to me and I have been slowly getting used to all of the techy stuff.

I was in the water playing with the rear remote on the transom. All of a sudden the bass went to what seemed like 100%. I immediately jumped up into the boat to turn down the radio. I adjusted the Sub to zero, but nothing happened… Still 100% bass. Also tried to adjust the equalizer to see if that would do anything, turned it all the way down and still nothing.

Any suggestions????

Sub volume level and "bass" frequency are two different things. What exactly did you experience? What is something you were hearing or seeing on the screen? Did the in-boat amp just stop working so all you heard was the subwoofer?
