Has anyone had any luck contacting their dealer about this update? I put in a call just waiting to hear back.
Thanks |

I spoke to my dealer. I'm taking mine in at the beginning of April to get it taken care of. $29 part and an hour worth of labor and you should be good to go.

Sounds good! Thanks for the heads up! I wonder if the updated DSP is the one other owners are saying ups the decibels... Still waiting to hear back from my dealer.

Wow my SIL was quoted over $1200 CAD for the zone control. I would love to know how they doing it for $29 plus an hour. Must be a software update now I am guessing at that price?

I Was also that's the good thing about this post! They announced they came out with just an upgrade for the advanced audio Radio so you do not have to replace the $800 head unit any more. Now it looks like a under $200 repair which is more acceptable

Yes, the retrofit is a series of software updates to the original head unit; a new DSP profile; a special Y-cable and some minor wiring changes at the amp-rack.
