DIY not Pro GPS Speed control (Cost friendly)

We are still looking for a winter an/or very early season boater that is interested in testing the new unit acceleration profile for us. Let me know if you are either currently Boating or planning on bringing out your boat(s) early in the season (Like mid feb or early march). On the last ride of the season I finally realized the solution to an issue and re-worked the calculations for the 6th time in 1 season. Let me know if anyone here might be interested in getting a beta kit for an early season install.

I'm probably in the minority here, but seeing the current GPH usage and total Gallons used since the last reset would be nice. This is gonna be a really cool product when its done.

I'm currently working on my boat, and will probably be going out in a week or two to water test. It'll be cold (the water is probably high-50s and the air will be mid-70's this weekend), but I'd be perfectly willing to give it a shot if you wish.

I was looking into that, It could be done but acquiring a good fuel usage sensor for putting in the unit plus fitting on a budget for this unit might be a little tough of an option. It certainly wouldn't be too challenging to program it in, but it would be at least $100 to add that piece onto the unit. Not to mention it would be another Item for someone to DIY install and it's tough to provide a solution to someone and then not take any blame for the consequences if there is a leak or there is a bad unit. That being said it's in the stretch goals for the future as plausible. Might end up going the route of programming for one specific sensor and leaving it up to the user to buy it from the vendor directly. Wouldn't cost us anything extra other than getting one sensor for our testing and making it read properly.

also, its already a cool project as far am i'm concerned!!! more than cool actually. great product for (right now) about 1/4 the price of the others. Received several responses from users that have had PP, ZO, or RS saying they prefer our units stability over the others. One guy has a boating club with 4 boats, one with each PP, ZO, and RS. He ended up taking the boat with SteadyPass out every time after he had the unit installed.The main thing we are lacking is data from slalom course. Going to be looking to find a few half-decent skiers to take out this coming season for some slalom testing hopefully.

Can't wait for next season to roll around so we can get some good riders and good footage.

I've been digging into Throttle/Drive By Wire the past few days trying to come up with a safe design that is also easy to engage and disengage universally across any boat. I think I have come up with a good solution worth making a Proof of concept model from. Anyone here have T/DBW that can send me a picture of their system/wiring harness. Mainly just the Throttle body/servo locations and throttle handle and where the wiring goes from where it's mounted.
