Do you think it may be possible to hinge the top and turn that are into more storage? How would you attach the teak swim step?
The mock up looks incredible! You got my wheels spinning for doing this to my '94 225.

Just be aware sloped backs have a tendency to let trailing waves up.

Ya I thought about the storage too but what you'd gain is pretty minimal... And I'd rather shoot for a seamless look, which would require some finicky labor at the joints but who knows.... Just a thought at this point, I'd love to see someone do it.
