X30 new ballast upgrade.

I need your guidence on the best way upgrade my old factory non functioning ballast. My current pumps are all siezed. I was planning on replacing them with the new full size Jabsco pumps. The guy from wakemakers suggested removing all of the hard tanks and old pumps and adding new pumps and larger bricks (1,000 lbs sacks) in rear and (650 lb) up front. I wakesurf primarily. Someone suggested leave the old tanks replave the pumps, get the new above mentioned sacks and use the plug in tsunami t800's.

Any suggestions.

What year X30 do you have?

People on this forum have done it both ways. Depending on which year you have it will make a difference. If your factory tanks are under the floor then I would say leave them in. If they are above floor then I would say take them out.

Jason at wakemakers has been doing this stuff for a long time. He's very smart when it comes to setting up boats.

"Heavy" beer is for wine drinkers that are too embarrassed to drink wine in front of their buddies. "Light" beer is a drinkin' man's beer!
