Spring weather- hours of wash, clean, polish and wax
so I spent about 5-6 hours cleaning the boat and getting it ready for launching next weekend.

took off the shrink wrap, put the freeze plugs back in the engine, charged the batteries and gave the boat a bath, polish and wax. Man this take a long time... soo much surface area!

thankfully my 2008 with 400 hours on it still shines like new!

Oh and managed to brave it with trunks for a dock start and 43 degree water boarding behind our 14' Scout and a 40hp Yamaha... everyone thought we were nuts... started on the dock and finished on the dock and stayed dry...

very nice Greg, well done on the dock start/end. I was in with the waders on to install the dock, while bearable when putting an arm under water not sure I'd want to dunk the whole body just yet!

Here's hoping this warm weather sticks around!

Looks awesome, Greg. Love the reflection of the leaves on the side. It's been an awfully cold April up here. I guess if you want the lake to yourself, that's the price you pay. Cudos to you. See you when it warms up a bit.

Okay, you've inspired me. I see CT has a Simonize buffer polisher for half price this week. Going to buy it now. What polish and wax products do you use?
