I'm looking to buy 15 gas springs/struts for this new-to-me boat. I'm not loving the pricing I'm seeing at local retail or amazon. Where/what site is the best for quality springs with great pricing?

Nautique parts has a bunch. As long as stroke is the same I bet they would work. Worth a look.

I'm interested too. The gas struts on my 93 S&S 190 motor cover are missing. The upper bracket on one strut is missing as well. Any chance to find stock replacements?

I would check out your local dealer. They can give you the best price and knowledgable info on everything you need!

Rvupgradestore.com. I just bought 3 for my prostar....I think I paid 40 bucks total. They were 10.00 each and then it was a shipping fee of 8.00 for all three. Way cheaper than the 20 a piece amazon wants

I purchased some replacements from waterskis.com

They have descriptions of what hatches and models they fit. To make sure, I emailed them and they responded within 24hrs.

I got the glovebox and 2 engine hatch springs for $14.99ea + shipping.

If you are buying a bunch MCpartsdepot.com might be a good choice. I bought 2 for $8.80 each but shipping was $18.00.

I got mine from liftsupportsdepot.com

I thought their prices were fair and they can cross reference the struts over the phone if you can't find a replacement direct on their website. Made it very easy vs. trying to guess. Free shipping if you spend over $40.

Same as truckeeEP, it's pretty easy to select if you have the old ones to go off of, just pick a extended length, compressed length, and weight and then see the options.

I've had good luck with eBay. They were cheaper than I found anyplace else but it was a bit 'harder' to find what I needed.

Beginning of the season, got in glove box, wouldn't stay up.
got under observer seat wouldn't stay up and I know from past experience the engine cover is the same.
So has anyone already done the hard part and measured these?
