Anyone know the exact width of an 2008 X-Star on a 2008 Mastercraft trailer? Our boat is in a friends shop and he is out of town until mid next week and I found a 12x40 garage by the lake we use for rent. Overhead door is 10' wide by 14" high. Its for sure high enough and I would think wide enough but just want to make sure before I rent it. Don't want to miss out.

I believe in most states 8'6" is the max width without being considered a wide load. I'd think you'd be fine at 10' wide for your door.

Trailers are either 96" or 102" wide to be legal without needing a permit, so 10' should be plenty

I get mine thru a 9' door for storage. I have to take the pads off the trailer guides and go slow, but it does fit. 10' you will be fine

I think you can do it but if you have had a few beers on the water it might not go to well. I have sometimes struggle with a 13 ft wide garage:D

It'll fit no problem.

I had him put us on the waiting list for one with a 14 ft wide door for that reason.. The 10 ft was the only one open. I better be careful!!:D
