The plastic on my dash/instrument panel is breaking down and cracking making it look bad and function poorly. It has become hard to attach the instrument panel to the dash covering...any advice?...is there a place you can get new or used parts?

There is a guy on here that makes them and they look great. He made me new ones. I will try and find his name.

do you know if theyre plastic or something else?

i just fixed mine (was cracking at the lower two corners) with some well-nuts and trimming thicker rubber washers to fit inside the dash vinyl to take the place of the cracked ears.

but a proper new panel would obviously be ideal...

Upper right had corner you can send a private message or you can look him up in the members list and send him a message from there.

Yes they are plastic and the laser cut so all of the words are there. I am at my office and just checked my phone I don't have any pictures of mine. It turned out pretty darn good. Have to think about the fact that the dash had changed shape with time a little bit and so you have to play a little to line it all up. I think they were like $20 for each piece which I felt was a great deal!
