Wife and I joined the MC family yesterday. We are excited for our new toy. Our last boat was a 2009 moomba xlv which we sold 2 years ago due to a work relocation. We moved back to lake norman in NC 2 weeks ago and picked up a new boat. Its a 2010 x15 w/200 hours. Its in mint condition and we love it!

Excited to be part of the MC team. I learned to ski on Cayuga lake NY behind my neighbors sammy duvall prostar and I guess something stuck. Quality of this boat is far beyond what you get in even a new moomba.

Here is some pics!

Nice Mike! Looks like it's in great condition. We had a Tige 24V for years and always thought Mastercrafts looked good when we'd see one on the lake. Not until you get one of your own do you appreciate how well made they are.

Congrats on the boat! I'm on Norman as well with an X15. You'll enjoy having more freeboard vs the Moomba and it will be needed in the chop. We are on the south end of the lake near Blythe Landing, but still venture out in the main channel some to hit the sandbar and the X15 handles it with ease. Enjoy the boat!

Nice, we are really close to you. We are right next to McGuire. Not on the water but our street has a launch that is in the hot hole. Lets get together sometime!

Welcome to the Mastercraft family, you should check out the Charlotte Ski Boats LKN Annual Surf Bash on May 7th. It is a good meet up and a chance to hang out with the LKN mastercraft family. This year it is at stutts marina. If you need any information you can get it from the charlotte ski boats website. It is a really good time.

Great looking boat, welcome! I hail from the southern cousin - the "River" Wylie.

This forum is a great place for everything mastercraft and a few other odds and ends as well. I've learned a bunch here.

That is a killer 15! Where did you find it? Feel like I have seen every want ad in the country for the last 3 months but that beauty does not look familiar. Mind sharing the purchase price? Assuming your wife does not read TeamTalk...

Don't worry the wife is very supportive, I actually wanted to spend less haha! Married a good one. I paid 51k... Not a screaming deal but I think it was a fair price for both parties. It has just about every option including gen 1 tabs, single owner, records, and looks about brand new.. Found it on boattrader in SC. Looked at 4 other x15s priced 45-54k before this one and it was definitely the nicest.
