Does anyone know how to increase the fill/emty time on the 09 X15 boats. I just installed plug and play sacs and the time runs out before they fill.

Here is a sure fire fix for ballast timers.

He probably doesn't know because those awful timer/AI modules won't let him fill the extra bags.

Here are the instructions that may be applicable:

Doesn't work on the 1st gen timers from around 2007. They probably will work with a 2009 model's timers.

I strongly recommend tr6coug's work! He's the man.

Here is my wake from last weekend. It's an X15 as well. http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/06/07/upumujub.jpghttp://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/06/07/vevety4u.jpg

Yes you are absolutely right, I have no clue yet. I have only been on water once this year and fought timers the hole time. Thinking of utilizing aux pump to assist factory. It will fill way faster that way as well. I will post as I know.

As soon as your timer issue is corrected by either adding time to the module or sending them off for a make over, I think your fill time will be fine. I'm only piggy backed off of the KGB to two 580 lbs bags. I think our fill time is around the 9 -10 minute range. I'd like to program the timers to 15 minutes but I don't want to open the "reprogramming on, off, on, off" can of worms.

Don't do this for bags that sit on top of hard tanks. You don't want to put hundreds of pounds on top of those until they're completely full. I.e. Don't fill your bags and hard tanks in parallel with separate pumps. Fill them in series with one pump.

Now, if you have a bow sac that's not on top of a hard tank you can fill that in parallel but it doesn't really buy you anything since you'll hurry up and fill your front ballast so you can continue to wait for the rear to fill.

So, adjust your timers or have that guy load the hacked firmware on them or remove the timers and retrofit a system similar to what the '06 and older boats came with. Those are your three options.

In my settings menu I have a ballast synchronize option, what is that feature? Good point about not loading top sacs before factory are full. I bought 3 x 750lb sacs. One up front and 2 in the back. Should through a good surf once I get it all working properly.

I'm totally unfamiliar with the fancy dash systems so I'm not sure what that does.
