The last pic shows how happy I was when I first picked it up, lol! But slowly coming together... Orange X2 decals to go up there next and lake tomorrow for the first time! Wish me luck.

Don't forget the nut and cotter pin for your prop :)

I think that you are going to like that galvanized trailer. IMO the only way to go and I live in the midwest a long way from salt. Not the prettiest trailers out there...but there are girls you'd like to date and girls you'd like to marry.

Ugly trailer owner unite!

Heard a lot of good about our ugly trailers! My dad was telling me how this trailer is much better than a painted one. This boat and trailer in reality will probably never see salt water, but you never know.

I got it all on there! Removing the steering rod from the rudder and putting it back on there was a pain! But I got it done and I got this sharp new prop on there. By the way, looks like the boat won't come off trailer cuz prop is too big, but once the boat hits the water it'll float and come right off. This prop is much bigger!

There's a lot to agree with here! Just hose it down every now and then and it'll last forever.

Is keeping my boat in the water for the summer a bad idea?

Depends on whether you keep it on a lift or in a boat house and how clean/dirty the water is......if it's real dirty you might take it out once a month and clean/wax the hull up if it's floating all the time.

By the way, what do you have at the center top of the tower keeping the rope in?

The guys on here will scare you with tales of gelcoat blistering, etc. :) if you leave it in the water...

It's a rope winder
Pretty neat. Makes reeling in the rope much easier and quicker.
I'll be keeping it in the water and using it once a week. Will be pulling it out once a month for cleaning.
The water in lake mohave is really clean

Came with the boat I have no idea, but I heard it's worth around a thousand dollars!
