So since I've purchased the boat, I've put in quite a few upgrades... So far were at Wetsounds, interior LED lighting, dual batteries with Switch, new carpet, ordered new decals, OJ 14.75x15.5 prop, and a piggyback ballast upgrade.

Looking good! Nothin' better than buying a new-to-you boat and then tearing right into it making changes, upgrades, and improvements. Especially during the last week of "official" Winter before you even take it on the water to verify that it even floats :D

I know everything about the boat, other than the floating situation. Lol didn't think that would be my problem. The hull looks good though, no damage at all whatsoever.

That is a ski rope winder... Never seen one till I bought this boat!

How does that Ski rope winder work. I have read alot about them but never actually seen one on a boat before.

flip the switch up and it reals in, flip it down and it locks. leave it in the middle and it releases rope. But you can't pull weight with it so you should be going no more than 3 miles an hour while winding in rope.
