So I always like to see how brute force translates into people behind the boat. I always wonder how many slaloms/pairs/kneeboards/ETC the boat is actually capable of getting up. This is going to be my first year with my 89 190 351w/slot and Im sure Ill find out soon enough, but for now what have people pulled?

P.S. Everyone loves pictures ;)

I pulled up ten kneeboards with my 89 Supra w/454 and 1:1; two fell by the time picture was taken... It wasnt happy... but it did it

I am sure I'll find out this season but one question...wha is the procedure or technique to loop or attach more than one role to our pylon? Ive looked at it and just can't see how more than 1 ski role would fit or work being attached to the pylon.

i just keep looping them onto the pylon to assure the same rope length .. here we have one rope off the boom as Mark (right) was having a hard time checking out ... there are some that will say i was bumping him but hey if you are on the outside get out of the way

10 people in the boat, 1 wakeboarding and 2500lbs of ballast...

11 * 150lbs~ = 1650lbs of people
Ballast = 2500lbs
Boat = 3200lbs
Total: 7350lbs + gear

=D

Depeding on what year ya have I wouldnt be pullin a whole ton on the rear tow eye.

In my picture I had a Fly High pole on and Had six ropes on the bottom and four on top... This spread out the force some to the bow of the boat. Not all the ropes have to be in the notched out section of the pylon... Its not going to hurt anything to put some below it. You can watch videos all day long of them pulling twelve man pyramids off the pylon in ski shows

We've done 6 slalom skiers averaging 200 lbs each with an 85 off the pylon, no powerslot. Helps to spread people out around the boat in an arc so the total weight doesnt hit all at once.

This will date me but during show team practice when I was in high school (1985) we got 16 up off a dock and later that day got 14 up out of the water behind a '83 SS Powerslot...

Quite a sight...

Pulled a 22' crownline across Lake Conroe in 3' seas, yeah he was getting nervous.
At first he said my knott would not hold, after I gunned it and the know held, he was scared that his tow eye was going to rip out of his boat.:steering:

Pulled up 10 skiers, everyone on 2 ski's. Deep water start. Only the driver in the boat.

Hardest part was keeping the ropes from getting tangled while getting into position. It was a slow, long drag in the water start however everyone got up.

5 fat wakeboarders, all 200lbs + behind my '96 PS190.
Dock starts much easier on the boat and driver, but only 2 of us stayed up.
Took a helper holding the steering wheel for my wife driving when we started in the water. Torque steer would rip it out of her hand.
