I see a lot of people talking about how good the wake and hull are of the PS 94. Is the 95 any different? if so what are the big differences?

I have a PS 190 95 and many people that I have pulled commented on the nice wake....

The '95 has a great wake. I had the '94 and as I recall, they built the '95 with a deeper draft and permanent vinyl in the very back - you could not remove it with the back seat as in previous models. At the time, I remember the deeper draft being explained as an effort to improve the ride in rougher water, but it did impact the wake a little.

Others will have more specifics, I am sure

Yes, different wakes, but both very good boats. Like iskidaily mentioned, 95 tried to smooth out the ride and it made for a bit taller wake, but both are world class. Plus, on the 95, spray was reduced.

My buddy had the 95, and I have the 94, and I've skied many times behind them both. The wake on the 95 is really good. There was definitely less spray than the 94. On the other hand, the bump at 22 was much harder on the 95. The wake also felt harder at 28. I didn't notice much difference at 32. The biggest difference was for the longline and slower skiers. The 95 seemed to have a quite a bit bigger wake at say, 28 or 30 mph at 15 off.

On the other hand, again, the 95 rides much better in choppy water than the 94. They're both great boats, and I'd ski behind either any time. This is splitting hairs.

I have owned a 94, and currently have a 96. Above post are right on. 96 handles chop MUCH better, but I liked the 94 wake better. On flat water, 94 is awesome.
