Just saying ... I'm sitting in an airport in Ethiopia for another few hours before the journey back home ... Room service food at the Hilton was mediocre on a good day ... I would love to be in shorts on the water in FL right now ...

We'll be on Lake Monona in Madison, WI Sunday about 9AM. Checking the forcast shows about 35 with winds at 10. Current water temp is 38 per USGS. May use a wetsuit though.

We were out on Sunday, it was only 78 ;)....It's this time of year when we get the benefits of living in a hot/humid climate :) Would love to go out this weekend but heading up to the FSU game.

leaving North carolina tomorrow morning, it got cold here. 85 on Saturday in Texas, I will be out wakeboarding... hopefully this will take some of the heat off of you rubbing other peoples faces in the great "winter" weather in Florida.

Couple pics of my buddy from today. Not exactly board shorts. For Nov. 20 in Wisconsin it was actually not too bad today. Gotta say the neoprene hood was money well spent, particularly since it wasn't my money. Probably the last run on a slalom ski for me this season, but who knows?

Just to prove I got my sorry fat behind in the water today as well. Couldn't get this one to load earlier. Unlike Ron, I prefer the wetsuit. Tried the dry suit and too tight around the neck for me.

That pic above has everyone in short sleeves, including camera man, coaches, and players. So why are you in winter gear when the camera dude and coach don't even have a jacket on or in shorts????Just Sayin

Kyle, that's a pic from my profile that shows up on my posts. That's probably from '09. The temp at game time in Green Bay Sunday was below 40 degrees with a moderate wind. Plus we were sitting in row 60, my daughter's seats for the Gold package, tickets the Milwaukee crowd were given when they stopped playing in Milwaukee. Longies, turtleneck, windbreaker, sweatshirt, jacket, toe warmers and boots. I can't wait for the cold weather games:D

Here is a picture from our last ski day of the year. 23Nov2011, 1630, air 64F, water 43F. As you can see, the only wet suit I have is trunks I'm wearing. It's one of those new convertible suits. It started as a dry suit, but ended up as a wet suit. My son was driving, and he did great. I've beat "no power turns" into his head so much that when I dropped he did exactly like I taught him, and I froze as he slowed to wakeless speed, turned, and then idled back to pick me up.

I had partially winterized a few weeks ago, draining the block and hoses. Now I can do it for real. It was worth the extra work to pick up an extra day of skiing. Totally worth a little freezing water to ski the day before Thanksgiving.
