I'm leaning toward a maristar, but i came across this boat in florida. it was listed last year and i had the guy send me some extra pics. he's come down over 2K on what it was initially listed for. interior looks like its shot. i emailed the folks as mastercraftskins.com and they quoted me $1800 for the skins for the entire boat.

motor has 1075 hours with no major work required and was stored on a lift

here are a few more pics

the last pics..

i'm guessing $800 to 1K for installation of the skins and a bunch of elbow grease. i'm thinking, as boat probably worth 10K. Thoughts? Thanks.

No thanks, look elsewhere in my opinion. Any boat that looks like that probably has not had the other important stuff done every year....oil, impeller, trans fluid, etc.....

I do not expect every used boat to be a cream puff, but this thing looks rode hard and put away wet.

That's an $8K boat.

Yeah, pass unless you want to replace the interior among other things......

It can be brought back to look great, but not for that price starting out

Priced too high. I think around $7,500 and you could feel like you got a good deal if the engine checks out. But as mentioned, with the neglect the interior has seen, I wouldn't have as much confidence in routine maintenance having been done.

If the interior has been neglected like that, other things must have been neglected.... I would get the hell out of dodge while I could

thanks for your advice. i'll run, not walk to the nearest exit.

Yes, the interior is destroyed because nobody ever cared for the boat.
