Rusty Malinoski
Wake
Rusty grew up in Humboldt, Saskatchewan Canada and made his way down to Florida in 2003 at 19 years old to pursue a dream of becoming a professional wakeboarder. In 2005, he had his breakthrough year, and first professional win in Reno, NV on the Pro Wakeboard Tour. From there, Rusty won about every title there is, including World Champion, National Champion, Masters Champion, to name a few, and achieved many accolades along the way, such as the first to land a 1080 in a professional contest, earning the Gold Medal at the Pan-Am Games representing Canada, and being honored with the title of Two-Time Wakeboarder of the Year. Off the water, Rusty enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, Marek and Kruz. As a family, they enjoy spending time on the water behind their MasterCraft XStar and making memories doing the sport that has given Rusty the opportunity to travel the world and fulfill his dream.

“Being a part of the sport and Team MasterCraft means the world to me. It has given me the ability to travel the world, meet people from all over, and have the opportunity to get them behind a MasterCraft to experience the same love that I have for watersports.”
