new prop tolerances/ variations

as some of you know i wrecked my prop by what i think was the magnet on 3 ball.
i ordered the exact same prop that was on the boat and installed it last friday. i took the boat out on saturday and ran it on public water and didnt notcie anything different..
on the ski lake last night i noticed that the hole shot was not as good when pulling up a skier. i would imagine that since these props are cnc, that they should be exactly the same. do you think that there could be small variations between two same model props? i should have checked all the baselines but the lake was crowded..

maybe im just trippin....

Consider the possibility that the same strike that dinged your prop may have put a subtle bend in the shaft, or affected the alignment of the strut.
