How to remove shaft coupler + tranny seal on MC209

what steps / tools are requried to completely remove the drive shaft coupler from the shaft on a 2001 mc 209?

Looks like the flange on the tranny slide requires a proprietary spanner wrench with 4 pins @ 12, 3, 6 & 9 o'clock to unscrew yes?

same q for the seal on the stern side of the seal zurth transmission

Who sells this seal?

Thanks

Is the shaft on your splined then fitted into the coupler with a nut on the back side such that when its coupled to the trans the nut is hidden? If so I don't know about buying a proprietary spanner but you can immobilize that by yourself. A piece of steel flat bar with two holes drilled could easily be screwed into the coupling to keep it from turning.

Try calling skidim and asking them what they know about zurth transmissions. I have a borg warner in mine.
