Back to Michigan w/ FLA PS 190

I am moving back to Michigan in November. Are there any links that provide a step by step procedure for winterizing?

I would also like to remove my exhaust manifolds and repaint them -- anything I should know about that process?

This is a good one for winterizing.

You can also look in the online manual.

And here's what JimN had to say about it.

As far as your exhaust manifolds go, you'll need to purhcase new riser gaskets most likely. They are pretty cheap at ski dim. I had a lot of trouble getting the bolts out, as did the mechanic that ultimately did it for me.

To me, this forum is about love of inboard boats. It is about the sharing of information and, on a good day, some humor. It is not about post count, brand of boat, or any other superfluous labels that lend themselves to a false sense of superiority. Please, respect one another, try to pass on accurate information, and keep your eye on the ball.
