I wouldn't call them rocks, more like ice shards. I love them frosty cold and like them to stay that way. I just let a few of them fall out of the shaker when I pour them.

You shouldn't have to say "Gin Martini" A martini (IMO) is gin, period. Others choose to drink a "vodka martini".

Common question here. I will occasionally get a glass of ice on the side bc they often don't make them cold enough. (Don't get me wrong, I love the taste at room temp too...sort of like iced and hot coffee, depends on what mood I am in.)

Same here. I prefer to have ice shards, chips, whatever you want to call them in the glass.

Started today at lunch with a couple frosty mugs at the Ale House. Lunch is the best time of day for ice cold mugs. Makes even crappy beer tast good, well almost. Time now to move on to some good ole Jack.
