Tonight I'm giving Crown Royal Maple another shot. I tried it last weekend, and wasn't impressed. I love whiskey, and I love maple syrup, but the two together isn't what I thought it could have been: "a match made in Heav... er, I mean, Canada"

Does it get more Canadian than whiskey and maple? Cheers, eh! If I can't choke down the rest of the bottle, at least I've got a cool purple pouch, right?

I really enjoy Crown, and have seen the Maple version. No good? Sounded interesting, but hard to buy a fifth if isn't good.....overall opinion?
