At that point I don't think carb counting was an issue, or even a possibility.

Wow,

The first post to this today . Thought I'd already see most of you guys on here already.

Only 8:30am in Chi-Town and 36 out Brrrrrrrr.

I pass on the Jack and Coke this morning and take a Hot apple cider, with Jack of course!

Headin' up north this weekend, probably gonna ski tomorrow...drysuit in the truck.

Have a good one.

For reference, just in case you slept through British History Class...:

http://www.bonefire.org/guy/

TOMORROW will be the 'time for a drink (well, many)' for me... gotta watch what I eat & drink for the next day and a bit:

My wife and I are participating in a nighttime 8K run in Banff, Alberta called "Winterstart". Carrying a light stick, you (and 5 thousand others) run up this mountain road, turn around, run down, back to the hotel, to a very large underground parking lot which has been converted into a giant beer garden.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pristine, well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "-- WOW--What a Ride!"

Boys and Girls-Tomorow I exit my 30's and start a week long of celebration. We have a group of about 25 headed to Vegas on the 12th. If anybody happens to be in the area, drop me an email. My liver is already quivering!-Bombay is the King!
