First Tournament

Well my 2 boys (10 & 14) will be competing in a WB tournament for the first time tomorrow. They are pumped, both will be in the beginner div. so the top trick will be a 180. I hope they have a good time I would really like to make several more this year. Any way I just wanted to brag a little, Wish them luck! And pictures will follow.

Jeff

Best of luck. Always good to get them hooked to the sport with a tournament. Should continue to push them to the next level.

To me, this forum is about love of inboard boats. It is about the sharing of information and, on a good day, some humor. It is not about post count, brand of boat, or any other superfluous labels that lend themselves to a false sense of superiority. Please, respect one another, try to pass on accurate information, and keep your eye on the ball.

Well we spent 12 hrs at the private lake and had a BLAST. The boys didn’t place but had fun. The beginner level was pulled by a Supra that had a good wake for them. The 10 year old made the complete run and the 14 year old almost made it. They learned Wake to Wake last week and both nailed it! Both came off the water with chiet eating grins wanting to know when the next tourney was! Next month we will try it again. The tow boats were CC, Bu, Supra, and Tige, This was at a private lake located at the CC dealership! It was a first that other boats were allowed to pull a tourney on this lake, which says a lot for the owner. Our local MC Dealership showed up with the Bu instead of an MC which was disappointing. Then again the X-Star would have made them all look bad. Monday I will down load the pictures and post. MAN that Outlaw Div. was bad a$$. The only time I’ve seen riding like that has been on a video. The youngest rider was 6 and the oldest was 43 (dam he was good and rode in the Outlaw div) also he was the owner of the CC Dealership

On a sour note we went out Friday to practice and hit something underwater, my prop is hosed and will be sent off on Monday so I’m boat less until Wed. or Thurs.

I almost forgot..........most had to park out in the road but there were 5 Trucks in the CC parking lot and 3 had MC stickers in the rear window, plus my truck right outside the gate.
