I think x80 maybe produces the biggest surf wake of them all if fitted with the right wave shaping devices and lead bags. Also the nice thing is that you will have an identical wake on both sides of the boat all the time. I believe Stefan could shine in here as I believe his buddy in Las Vegas has a such a boat. I would start by googling the subject and trying to get in contact with one of the x80 owners who have made all the mods for surfing. Easier said then done and I am not sure if there are those owners on this forum. Good Luck.

X80 is a lot of boat to haul around and you will need a lot of truck to confidently do it, same can almost be said for the X45 as well. That price you have listed seems low as there is a similar boat for sale here for 15K more and seems fairly priced.

That will get 'er done!! Nice truck.

Never surfed a 80 but from what I have heard they take a lot of ballast to surf well. Test drive the boat and surf it.

I have a brand new bow and cockpit covers for a 06 in red. Retail was over $1000 and I'll let you have both for $50. Still in the plastic from the factory~~ If you're interested, email me at: [email protected] These are great covers for the 80 as not near as big and heavy as the towing cover. And if you ever leave it in the water, they are easy to put on and leave on. Snaps are included~~

I'm trying to make my mind up if I want it now. I will definitely get them if I purchase as they'll match. Thanks
