Thanks. We tried some wake surfing this weekend for the first time.... Gonna take some getting used too... A buddy at the lake has a 214 and more balast than I do and does pretty good. Another buddy has a Centurian wakeboard boat with a crap ton of balast and his boat is great for it.

Here's our 1984 S&S. Just got it out of dry storage where it has been sitting for the past 8 years. As you can see, we need a new vent for the front and some repairs on the upholstery. I'll post new pictures as soon as we get it all cleaned up and running again. To help date it, that's a Löwenbräu Beer floating key chain. Haven't seen that stuff in years.

Atlanta. This boat has been on Lake Burton for 16 years. We also have a 1987 that we moved over to lake Rabun. Didn't have enough room for the both of them on Rabun, so the S&S sat in dry storage. Once we get it cleaned up and running we'll be looking for a slot on Lake Allatoona.

Slap? What trailer is that? Definitely a newer one. Does the boat buddy work with the '84? I would think the bow eye would be too short.

It is. We bought it this past weekend because our original trailer disappeared. The guy we bought it from told us it would work. It doesn't. But it got the boat home safe and sound. We're going to figure out a way to make it more secure.

You just need a longer bow eye. You can order one from Kodiak, the maker of the boat buddy.
