That's awesome. I wish KC was accessible by river. The Missouri flows right through it, but it's such a crapshoot that nobody boats on it, plus you're down in industrial hell along the river. A nice boating scene downtown would really be a great addition to this city. You're lucky.

Don't let the pictures fool you, the water on the Cumberland near downtown Nashville isn't as clean as you think. Accessible... yes. Would I swim down around there... NO. It is a nice ride though.

shhh, keep telling folks that. The Cumberland is pretty clean actually. I see Bald Eagles hitting fish all the time. I wouldnt drink it but its great to play in

Thanks. Best thing is I can step off my dock and be downtown in 20 mins via water.
If you ever hit Nashville give me a shout.

Pic and Video on FB my 73 Skier underpower. 1972 350 Chevrolet Crusader Reverse Rotation...yes it was born with it. I think my wife likes driving it more than I do. LOL

lol, make me think of the Chicago river. Toxic to say the least. But then go through the locks and you have crystal clear lake michigan water. I've done memorized half the buildings. We take the trip down the Chicago river a few times a year since everyone loves it. I'm now dubbed the tour guide when we go. Looks fun though there in Nashville.
