Ha, no he has one of those open bow small little jet boats. I think his is a yamaha. I see him all the time. Back in the late 70's his house was one of the nicest around. Now it's nothing doesn't even compare. I will say the fact that he has a retractable roof is cool. It use to be glass but changed it to standing seam a few years ago. Here is a shot from the lake.
