I got the S&S back from performance marine. It runs like a champ barely have to bump the key and it fires. Cost 600 big ones but oh well. any suggestions for trailer paint schemes the boat is cream with a rootbeer metalflake stripe.....thanks

I'd paint the trailer cream to match the hull color. Maybe some custom rootbeer striping on it too.

Sounds like a great boat! With a classic boat like that, I would keep it all original, and paint the trailer the original color, and may do some root beer pinstriping as the previous poster suggested. I would also go with some nice chrome rims, and new tires (if needed).

By the way, what all did you have done to the boat for the $600?

My boat needed a major tune up...i mean major and plus i had to take it to the dealer so of course labor charges killed me but oh well it is fixed right. I only paid 3500 for the boat the guy didn't know what he had. as far as my thoughts on the trailer was to do the frame in the rootbeer metal flake and doing the fenders in cream with the brown original carpet on the fender wells. There is a sign shop on ebay that has the 80's font and was going to have three stars then mastercraft then three more stars in white to match the boat on the bare frame rail. what do you think
