My 93 has it but no problem at the level I am currently skiing at. No back seat two in front and under 1/2 tank and I hardly see it. Add it all back and you got spray! Rooster at 22 was my big hang up but very low with the ACME 541. Goog luck!

I've asked this at least twice in the past and have never had anyone come forward and say they'd done it. I think basically, it amounted to a little lip of glass added to the hull over the release pockets to knock the spray down.
The only reason I ever asked was out of curiosity. At the level I'm skiing, spray is not a problem. If someone knows of someone who's done it, I'll bet you could find them via the Nicholl's Board.

Has anyone found this? I was told that if you complained about your '92-'95 Prostar 205's Spray they had a kit that amounted to glueing and screwing a plastic piece somewhere along the bottom/side of the boat?

I have a 541 on my boat that definitely changed the wake for the better including the rooster
