1976 in MI $5500. White/Black/Orange. Believe this is one that I looked at years ago. If so, the hull had significant cracks near the prop shaft, strut, and rudder. Someone had tried to reinforce with what looked like a layer of white epoxy, but that had significant cracking as well. It may have been repaired since (There are two places local to this boat that do great glass work that I am familiar with). It's possible that it's a different pre-stars MasterCraft, white/black/orange, for sale in Brooklyn/Irish Hills area of Michigan, but I doubt that. (There are two places local to this boat that do great glass work that I am familiar with.) Sure was a pretty boat though.

I've got to think that might be one of the old University of Tennessee team boats. I was a UT skier in the early 2000s. I was told that back in the day, MC only made one orange boat per year. I wonder if there's any history known on this one.

I've always wanted to get my hands on a vintage UT boat.

That thing has GOT to be a dog. Only x45 I have been in was with the 350hp and when loaded it could NOT get on plane. Granted wrong prop but it sure did have a big surf wake

States it has the MCX, so he misquoted the HP, or detuned it.

MCX isn't going to do much for coming out of the hole. Same torque curve as the RTP on the bottom end. The MCX doesn't make the additional HP until the top of the RPM curve.
