If you look at the Picasa album there is some custom work done to the drivers kick panel-maybe for a sub? Could be that a bank got it back and these guys ended up with it. Does say that they replaced the alternator which could mean some water got in there at some point. Worth a look if it was local just to see what the story is.

Yes. it is an X2. No scam here. I checked it out yesterday. The boat is very clean. It's a bank repo. I guess the PO wanted to get some of their equity back so they removed the stereo system, the prop, the alternator, bimini, and the glove box door is missing. When I talked to the salesman he said he had three offers already (probably true)
