It's a 205v or xstar. It looks like a 2001 or 2002 xstar to me. The picture with of the trailer wheel makes it look like the red is metal flake.

I think there were some testing issues with the 98 PS 190..... I think it had to do with chine walking.... Some refer to this boat as the "Death Star".... There are some threads on here which discuss this in detail.... I am sure others can be more detailed and provide more answers....
