Maybe but I emailed the guy and he replied and and said he is in Orange County and gave a mobile and home phone number...his name is Doug. Usually a scammer says pay thru some bonded PayPal or ebay crap and they will ship you boat and you can't see it..and if you dont like it you dont have to accept it...im sure you have seen the bs they try and pull...if you are looking for a deal and are in Orange County it may be legit. All I'm saying is normally the scammer doesn't give you a chance to look at the item and certainly not a phone number.
