I've seen those exact pictures posted in IA. The lettering/typing at the very bottom is a dead give away that it is a spam. Also - no number or email listed in the ad is a give away.

9 times out of 10, when an add looks like that (html based, different font other than the normal CL fonts, pictures not loaded via craigslist uploadeder) it is a spam.
