Probably a ski school boat(?) There's a market if the price is right. This looks reasonably priced. I looked at a few school boats when I was shopping a few years ago. The hours didn't scare me as much as the clear evidence that the boats loooked pretty abused --scratches and gouges in the gel, stains and tears in the vinyl. But I believed the engines were well maintained.
