WS 06 Buyer's Guide

What do you think of WaterSki Mag's new buyer's guide?

I need to see a picture or the contraption they used for evaluating wakes. I still don't totally have my head wrapped around their explaination.

I miss the online videos. I like the extra stuff, but it's a lot to click through and wait for (ex: 360 view - waiting for 15 images to upload).

i like that they included some base prices to satisfy my curioisty . i did not like how some of the boats ended up split between two pages, makes it hard to get a good look. aslo i dont like that there is only one photo. didnt last years give more than one?

i was surprised to see how much the base svfara svone was. i would think if your going to compete with the big three , you need to be priced below until you make a name for yourself. i was also suprrised how inex*****ve the moomba outback is. i know its a price point boat , but its way cheaper than anything else. must be pretty crappy.

MSRPs were an improvement. But it's still not as good in a straight forward kind of a way as what they gave us 13 years ago. Just rate the categories 1--5 stars.

Yeah, yeah, I know, they're afraid they'll lose ad revenue. If that's really their best excuse, I'd like to change my vote.

To me, this forum is about love of inboard boats. It is about the sharing of information and, on a good day, some humor. It is not about post count, brand of boat, or any other superfluous labels that lend themselves to a false sense of superiority. Please, respect one another, try to pass on accurate information, and keep your eye on the ball.
