What add-ons/changes/brilliant additions have you put on/in your boat....

I LOVE what E.T.S. did with his jump seat, and I would love to see that fiberglass step/box/seat that another one of us did. I need to do that for sure.

What else did you guys do to your boats that made it more functional/better for you?

I added a red LED battery powered dome light under my bimini....used 303 Fabric Guard on my Bimini and bow cover....sprayed a little pam in the bilge by the pump to make it hose spray out PERFECTLY clean....keep a small 12v mini fan under the bow seat in a zip lock bag for when a little kid falls asleep on the observers seat in the middle of the summer, so they have a nice cooling breeze.

You get the idea. Share a few ideas Even the little stuff, anything that you would share with a friend with a boat.

BTW, I just finished my fiberglass speaker enclosure install

Pictures to follow next week.

I am adding a heated driver seat in the next month or so !!! Custom LED's coming soon after. Two custom "X" logo'ed sub enclosures (passenger & driver) this past year. And my favorite addition is hours on the hour meter !!!

Milk, that is a great feature.

Mine came from the factory like that. Works great for when I actually want to see and have to look over the windshield.

I replaced my chrome throttle knob to the MC billet knob....(Before the first time it went into the water)
I would like to replace the speaker covers on the tower with billet, but there are a few too many other wants I have first.
I added a factory MC bimini top.
I added the MC Billet rope hook on the tower (What and AWESOME idea)

  • New rudder, as is used on the '06 big boats (and the '01 big boats, apparently)
  • Stainless steel rub rail. I have it, but I've been putting the installation off - it's gonna be several hours with a heat gun, screwdriver, and rubber mallet. The black one that came on the boat gets all marred up on the white PVC boat guides on my lift
  • The '06 MasterCraft drip molded billboard logo for the side. Currently it says "MariStar". Nobody knows what "MariStar" is or means. Everybody knows what MasterCraft is..
  • Perfect Pass. Easy install.
  • New prop. The cast OJ that came on the boat cavitates and vibrates. Full throttle and left turns make the boat sound cheap. I have the prop in the hands of my prop guy to see if one of the blades or cups are off, but I'm ordering a CNC Acme 847 to try in the spring.
  • thinking about a shower
  • thinking about a Y pipe for the heater
  • thinking about a video tracker for the pylon

I would like to add that to mine, the bow really comes up when pulling a wakeboader with the boat weighted.

I have so much back problems I have to find new positions throughout the day, and I find myself crossing one leg (left) under myself in the seat to attain a different position, but then my left knee gives me problems

Oh, man, you have no idea what you are missing. I'll get a pic when I get a chance. I think it holds two maybe even three ropes (depends on how tight you wrap them)
