WEMA fuel sensor 05 x45

So, after reading all the threads on here about the WEMA fuel sensors, I went ahead and bought one, but for the life of me, I can't get it to work through the Medallian MCD. I have the gauges for the ballast tanks, and it works fine for those, but not the Medallian Fuel gauge.
Am I missing something? Do I just have to buy a regular gauge and bypass the Medallion stuff?

It should work as even the MDC expects the normal empty=240 ohms, full = 33.5 ohms. Try this: With the key on and the sender disconnected, contact the pink wire from the boat side of the fuel level sender harness to ground. The gauge should jump to full. If it doesn't then you have problems either in the harness, mdc or gauge.
