How in the world do you remove back panels from 1993 Maristar 225

I have a 93 Maristar 225, direct drive. We have removed the center back rest in order to have access to the gas tank, but how in the world do you remove the side rests? I can't find a screw, bolt or anything that would attach this to hull. I believe I have a hole in the pitot tube which runs to speedo because I closed it off from outside the boat and leak stopped. However, I have searched the world over trying to find a way to get to this tube. Any info could not be appreciated more!!!

There are a few screws in each side and they suck to reach. I had to pull the speakers out and stick my arm in that hole to reach them. If I remember correctly there are also a couple above the gas tank. To reach those you remove the access panel like you are getting to the sending unit and reach under there. Have fun!
