KD, chill bro. Nobody set out to fight with you. Looks like you should have posted boat for sale rather than what is this boat worth. Hours usually have little to do with condition. Someone who uses the boat more usually does more to maintain it. There are exceptions of course. A boat that sat with water in the cooling system for long periods of time, with old fuel and doing periodic oil changes, likely never changing the transmission fluid won't last. It's sadly true that many of the people who don't use their boat much are the same ones who don't maintain them.
Low hours can be great, but people are telling you it's not the end all of the discussion. As was noted, pics would help.
In the future, could you not use words like "tard"? It makes us all look bad.
