96 Prostar 205 worth....

Thinking of selling my 1996 Prostar 205 and need advise on a fair price to start at. Listed below are the extras as well as any issue known.

LT1 Motor was rebuilt in January so it has 20 hrs. Boat runs better than it did when I purchased it at 478hrs 6 years ago
Hull has 1120 hours
New interior last year with new MC carbon vinyl
New Dimension tower with pair of board racks
New alternator from Ski Dim
Dual batteries
Wet sound's Rev 10 tower speakers
Wet Sounds WS420 EQ
Alpine head unit
Arc Audio KS 300.2 (2)
Arc Audio KS 300.4
Kicker L7 10" sub
Exile 6.5 cabin speakers
New Window tint with repaint of window frame

Issues:
Carpet has small stain from when motor blew. Not bad but noticeable

2 small hole from where the previous owner attempted to mount a amp. Above the water line and not very noticeable. Has been fiberglassed on the inside to seal for good measure. Got quoted $400 to fix gel coat.

Brakes on trailer do not work.

Fender on 1 side of trailer has a crack in it.

Let me know what you guys think.... Nada shows $15,720 average retail.

Seeing as I have the same boat, I hope people say 25k but I think 15k +/- 1k would be realistic depending on market and time. The hours will scare some people off but newer engine should help along with sound system and upholstery.

Hopefully I'm reading it wrong but did the previous owner put a screw through the outside hull

I'd say somewhere in the range from $15,000 to $16,500 would be realistic

I can't tell from the pics but if the interior is the "new" stuff we've seen out of Viper, your price is OK. Having new interior is nice but that era of boat has been known to hold together pretty good. New interior is definitely a perk!

Knowing the engine is new and not from abuse helps. I'd say $15k is good. $16k with new carpet and trailer brakes fixed/working.

Also, point out the nice tower (and expensive). You did it right and it goes with the boat's lines. Unlike a lot of cheaper towers out there......

Any close up pics of the new interior texture? Is it throughout the whole boat?
